- Powered sites have town water service, sullage and power and a choice of shady sites. If you have a big rig, luxury tourer, 5th wheeler, or simply want to stay hooked up, our large sites are for you.
- Nightly Tariff: $35 for 2 guests
- Additional Guests: Adults & Children 15-18 years: $10/ night; Children 5-15 years $5/ night; Children under 5: no charge

- Our outdoor undercover kitchens provide guests with preparation areas, free gas barbeques, fridge/freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles and seating. These areas allow plenty of space for everyone to create their meals then sit around and enjoy each other’s company or watch the large screen televisions
- The shaded alfresco dining area by the BBQs is the perfect dining spot in Cowell’s perfect summer weather
- Sites have easy access to our two amenity and laundry blocks and a specialised bathroom caters for guests with disabled or reduced mobility needs
- Well behaved pets are welcome on sites. They must be on a leash and if your pet poops, please scoop
